CULTURAL WORKSHOPS

Globalization has led to increasing business ties overseas and even deployment. The need for inter-cultural skills goes beyond speaking English accurately.

 

Our workshops are not English language lessons. Conducted in English or Brazilian Portuguese, the training shares English cultural competencies such as behaviour, etiquette, daily routines and facts about social and business interaction in the United Kingdom.

 

We encourage individuals to analyse their own attitudes, beliefs and mindsets and show how understanding a different culture can be the key to effective communication and enjoyment. By giving examples and drawing comparisons between Brazilian and British culture, our aim is to avoid 'culture shock' - creating a path for mutual understanding and respect in everyday personal and professional situations.
